Primary Segments of the Project include:

• Prayers: continuous prayers throughout all stages of project - from pre-planning to completion.
• Specific Project Coordinators: clear and concise communications to keep each individual project moving along with minimal "getting in the way" of one another.
• Move out, demolition and clean up: move and store furniture and furnishing into POD, minor demolition work and keep area clean, at all times.
• Interior flooring and walls replacement and repair: remove carpet, seal holes in the flooring to the outside and replace flooring.
• Electrical: replace electrical wiring throughout the home.
• Walls and Doors: new paneling and painting and replace exterior and interior door.
• Weather proofing: siding repairs, skirting and improve insulation.
• Kitchen improvement: cabinet repairs, counter top refinish and appliance repairs.
• Landscaping: clean up, haul off debris and improve yard appearance.
• Food and snacks for volunteers: prepare and serve volunteers with plenty of snacks, meals and water/beverages throughout the two primary work days.
• Move in and finish: finish off last minute details and move furniture and furnishings back into home.
